HJ is a Partner and a Managing Director of Ascent Equity Partners. Prior to joining Ascent Equity Partners, HJ was with Pureun Partners Asset Management and participated in several domestic and international transactions. Prior to Pureun Partners, he was with H&CK Partners, and KPMG Deal division in Korea.

HJ received a Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science from Yonsei University and is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
